It all started with our trusty Cabin Patrols

Cabin Security Patrols include a physical walk around your property, checking all doors are locked, windows are intact, nearby trees are healthy, and inspect the roof.

The frequency of safety patrols is set at your preference. 

A weekly visit is most common, but you may request twice a week, or biweekly.

To give your cabin an "at home" feel year round, the drive and walkways are cleared with a blower about twice a month, or when forest debris builds up.  This is part of your service, and can be called upon at any time. Let us know in advanced when someone will be visiting, and we'll clear the decks and driveway.

If you would like further inspections, a safety walk through the inside of your cabin can be arranged. Depending on how many floors, and the cabin size, the cost is around $25.

When an event arises, you are the first to know with a phone call, or the relevant authorities, depending on the situation.  

If danger is found, such as a theft or squatter, the local authorities will be called immediately.

Confrontation is always avoided.
